Tinalakay ni Dr. Lulu Marquez kung nagiging problema ba sa pakikipagtalik kapag higit sa normal ang laki ng ari ng lalaki.
"How do you handle if the manh0od is too big?" tanong ng doktora. "Can a p3 nis be too big for your vgina?"
Una, ipinaliwanag ni Marquez kung ano ang kadalasang laki ng ari para sa mga lalaki sa Asya.
"The average size, let's talk about Asian men, is about 5, 5.5, or 6, or even 6.5 inches," paliwanag ni Marquez. "'Yon pong sinasabi nating haba or length ng ari ng lalaki, ay hindi lang po 'yon ang sinasabing size. We also talk about the width, or the circumference, or the girth, or the taba."
"Mayroon din pong average circumferential size which is about 5 inches din po 'yong width."
Nagbigay rin ng tantiya si Marquez sa sukat ng loobang parte ng ari ng babae.
"Let's talk about the vginal canal, the opening, so mayroon pong lalim 'yan. Ang lalim po niyan is about 4 inches or at the most 6 inches."
Ani Marquez, kung tutuusin ay sapat lang ang average size ng ari ng lalaki para sa kadalasang lalim ng vginal canal.
Pero kapag lumagpas sa average size ang sukat ng ari ng lalaki, maaaring makasakit ito ng kaniyang misis sa pakikipagtalik.
"Can a pnis be too big for your vgina? Ang sagot ay oo. If it's about 7.5 or 8 inches and then 'yong depth or lalim ng vgina is only about 5-6 inches lang, e di hindi tama. Hindi po siya magkakaroon ng good pnetration," sabi ni Marquez.
Ipinaliwanag naman ni Marquez na karaniwang kakayanin ang pakikipagtalik kahit pa mas malaki sa normal ang ari ng lalaki.
"In general, most vginas are able to fit all shapes and sizes of the pnises," ani Marquez.
"Pero mayroong kondisyon, given appropriate foreplay and lubrication, puwede... Your wife needs to be properly lubricated kung ang ari mo ay malaki."
Ang "foreplay" ay ang mga aktibidad na maaaring magpatindi o magpatingkad ng sksuwal na karanasan, bago ang aktuwal na pagpasok ng ari ng lalaki sa ari ng babae.

Kung may problema rin sa lubrication ang babae, maaaring gumamit ng water-based lubricants o lubricants na may menthol at L-Arginine.
Inabisuhan din ni Marquez ang mga lalaking may malaking ari na magdahan-dahan sa "penetration."
"You're talking about deep penetration, you don't need to do that, really. Not unless you're too aggressive, too passionate, like napapanood mo sa X-rated, ginagaya mo na lang. It doesn't have to be that way, you have to actually go slow."
Sabi pa ni Marquez, hindi naman buong vaginal canal ang nakararamdam ng "sensation" sa pagtatalik.
"Ang sensitivity ng vginal canal, sensitive lang po ang outer 2 inches. The inner vaginal canal, wala na pong sensitivity 'yon... Not like the sensitivity of the clit0ris."
Maaari rin daw magkaroon ng sugat ang ari ng babae kung hindi magdadahan-dahan sa pagniniig ang lalaking malaki ang ari.
"Hindi naman lahat 'yan [pnis] dapat nasa loob... eight inches ka nga, hindi kaya, huwag nang pilitin," paalala ni Marquez. "Kapag malaki ang ari at ipinilit, mapupunit [ang tissues sa vginal canal]... Magkakaroon ng abrasion and that's not good, does not feel good. Masakit po 'yon. Traumatic po 'yan para sa babae."
